When To Fire A Customer

When to fire a customer is no doubt a touchy subject for many people.  Definitely for me too, for as long as I can remember.  But after more than 18 years in business, I now know one glaring truth.  Some times in order to grow, you need to fire those that are holding you back.  So much more truer when you are just starting out.  You have enough to worry about without assholes making your life miserable on top of your daily challenges.  Get rid of them and grow!

However I am not saying forget all about customer service.  Quite the opposite, actually.  You need to provide great customer service to keep your clients happy.  But if you have one or two assholes taking up all of your time, you cannot take the time to make your other customers happy.  That is when to fire a customer.
