Today in Episode #11 I go into some more detail about the fire department case study I referred to in the previous video “#10 More On Business Blogging” specifically talking about solving problems for your audience and building trust. In summary, if you blog about what you know, sharing that expertise in the form of information that addresses the pain-points of your potential customers and will build trust. Building trust turns suspects into prospects and that means making more sales.
