Step 1: Your Welcome Email

All of the basic information that you will need for your hosting account (i.e. username, password, DNS settings, etc.) is contained within the Welcome Email that is automatically generated with every new account.  If you did not receive this email, be sure to check your spam filter and allow email to come from RiverValleyHosting.com.  If this does not resolve your issue or answer your question, please move on to Step 2 below.

Step 2: Frequently Asked Questions

Search through our FAQs page and quickly find answers to your pre-sales, and other common web hosting and web design questions.  Many common errors and mistakes can be resolved by carefully reviewing the information within the FAQs page.  If this still does not resolve your issue or question, please move on to Step 3 below.

Step 3: Support Ticket

If you still have problems after using your Welcome Email and reviewing the FAQs, please submit a support request with as much detail as possible including screen shots, exact wording of warning messages and so forth.  The more details that you can give us now, the sooner that your problem will be resolved.
